2. Nature of Technical Specifications

All drone specifications published on this website—including tank capacities, swath widths, rotor configurations, battery runtimes, and work rates—are target engineering figures based on standard testing parameters (such as 10 L/ha application rate). Actual operational figures depend on local wind conditions, crop canopy density, chemical viscosity, pilot experience, and field geometry.

Specifications are subject to continuous engineering enhancement and final certification updates. Published data does not constitute an unconditional contractual warranty unless explicitly incorporated into a signed commercial purchase agreement.

3. Regulatory & Flight Safety Compliance

In accordance with Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) regulations and national agricultural safety mandates:

• Remote Pilot Certification: Unmanned aircraft must be operated solely by individuals possessing a valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) where mandated by law.
• Agrochemical Compliance: Use only Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee (CIB&RC) approved chemicals and adhere strictly to label doses and buffer zones.
• Airspace Restrictions: Never operate drones in designated red or yellow zones without requisite prior air traffic clearances.

4. Intellectual Property

The Falkdrone name, brand tagline ("Eyes above. Precision below."), dive-falcon emblem, product names (F series, Scout M, Haul 30, FieldSync), technical diagrams, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Falkdrone India Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

5. Demonstration Flights

Demonstration flight submissions via this website represent an expression of commercial interest and do not constitute a binding booking until confirmed by an authorized Falkdrone representative. Demonstrations are subject to weather suitability, pilot availability, and local flight safety clearance.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to website usage shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
